1.About This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how jlkkk ("jlkkk", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the online gaming platform at jlkkk.vip, collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of registered members and visitors ("you", "your") in connection with the jlkkk Platform and related services.

This Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines ("NPC"). It is also informed by jlkkk's obligations under PAGCOR's data governance and responsible gaming frameworks.

By registering an account with jlkkk or by continuing to use the Platform after this Policy has been published or updated, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the collection and use of your personal information as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

2.Data Controller

jlkkk is the data controller responsible for personal information processed in connection with the Platform. As data controller, jlkkk determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is accountable for ensuring that processing is carried out in accordance with the DPA and this Policy.

jlkkk has designated a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") as required under the DPA. Members may contact the DPO for any privacy-related enquiry or to exercise their data subject rights. Contact details for the DPO are set out in Section 13 of this Policy.

3.Personal Data We Collect

jlkkk collects personal data that is necessary, relevant, and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is processed. The categories of personal data we collect include:

3.1 Registration Data. When you create a jlkkk account, we collect your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address (if provided), chosen username, and password (stored in encrypted, hashed form). Your date of birth is collected for the purpose of verifying that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years as mandated by PAGCOR.

3.2 Identity Verification Data. To comply with PAGCOR's know-your-customer ("KYC") requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines, jlkkk may request a copy of your government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence), a selfie for facial verification, and proof of address. This information is processed solely for regulatory compliance purposes.

3.3 Financial Data. We collect information about your deposits and withdrawals, including GCash mobile number, bank account details used for transfers, transaction reference numbers, and transaction amounts in PHP. jlkkk does not store full credit or debit card numbers; card processing is handled by certified payment service providers.

3.4 Gaming Activity Data. We record your game session history, wager amounts, game outcomes, and bonus usage. This data is used for account management, dispute resolution, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory reporting to PAGCOR.

4.How We Use Your Personal Data

• Transaction processing – to process deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus credits in Philippine Pesos via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer;

5.Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, jlkkk processes your personal data on the following lawful bases:

• Contractual necessity – processing necessary to fulfil jlkkk's contractual obligations to you under the Terms & Conditions, including account operation and payment processing;
• Legal obligation – processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and other applicable Philippine laws;
• Legitimate interests – processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and aggregate analytics, where such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms; and
• Consent – processing for marketing communications, where you have given express consent and which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6.Sharing Your Personal Data

6.1 General Principle. jlkkk does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial marketing purposes. Data is shared only as described in this Section.

6.2 Regulatory Authorities. jlkkk is required to share certain player data with PAGCOR and, where applicable, the Anti-Money Laundering Council ("AMLC") and the National Privacy Commission, in compliance with applicable Philippine law and jlkkk's operating licence conditions.

6.3 Payment Service Providers. jlkkk shares transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals with certified payment service providers, including GCash (GXI), PayMaya (Voyager Innovations), and partner banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. These providers process data only as directed by jlkkk and under contractual data processing agreements.

6.4 Game Content Providers. Game studios whose titles appear on the jlkkk Platform may receive aggregated, anonymised gameplay data for the purpose of game performance analytics. No personally identifiable information is shared with game studios without your separate consent.

6.5 Service Providers. jlkkk engages third-party service providers for hosting, security, analytics, and customer support technology. These providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to process your data only on jlkkk's instructions and in accordance with the DPA.

6.6 Legal Requirements. jlkkk may disclose your personal data to law enforcement authorities, courts, or other government bodies where required to do so by law, court order, or in connection with legal proceedings.

7.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

jlkkk uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies – required for the Platform to function correctly, including session management, login state, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies – store your preferences such as language settings and responsible gaming limit configurations.
• Analytics cookies – collect aggregated, anonymised data about how Members use the Platform to help jlkkk improve performance and usability. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

jlkkk does not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality.

8.Data Retention

jlkkk retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in any event for the minimum periods required under applicable law:

• Account and identity data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction;
• Support communications are retained for two (2) years from the date of the relevant interaction; and
• Technical and analytics data is retained in anonymised form indefinitely and in identifiable form for no longer than twelve (12) months.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with jlkkk's data destruction procedures.

9.Security Measures

jlkkk implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jlkkk's servers;
• Encrypted storage of passwords using industry-standard hashing algorithms;

11.Children's Privacy

21+ The jlkkk Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above as required under PAGCOR regulations. jlkkk does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If jlkkk becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the minimum age, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account closed. If you believe a minor has registered on the jlkkk Platform, please notify jlkkk support immediately.

12.Changes to This Privacy Policy

jlkkk reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, PAGCOR requirements, or applicable Philippine law. Where changes are material, jlkkk will notify registered Members via in-platform notification or email prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
